That's Anthony Miniciello - football pinup for a lot of blokes here in Australia, and subject of constant rumours about being gay (or, at least, an eager bottom in recreational gay sex). Sadly, I have no personal experience to confirm it!
One tiny nag: when you call a game of football "rugby", that means "rugby union", which is a different game from what this guy (and Billy Slater) play. They play a kind of football called rugby league - generally called rugby league, rugby league football, league, or - as an Aussie colloquialism - "footy".
